Favors, Advantages, and Privileges

Besides honoring the adorable and suffering Face of our Savior, those who practice this devotion make themselves useful to the Church, to souls, and to society by endeavoring to repair the crimes which are effecting so much evil in the world today. These two noble and meritorious acts become a source of graces and blessings to fervent souls devoted to this work.

To St. Mechtilde, having asked our Lord that those who celebrate the memory of His sweet Face should never be deprived of His amiable company, He replied, "Not one of them shall be separated from me."
